MEMBER REGISTRATION - PERSONAL DATA

The registration process at lovelystore.gr is governed by the terms herein. If a visitor-user does not agree with the Terms, he must not proceed with this procedure.

The visitor - user, after submitting his information, must then choose a name (username/e-mail) and a password. Through this account you can use the services of lovelystore.gr.

In addition to these, the necessary information is requested both for the legality of the transaction and the issuance of the legal documents as well as the assurance of the transactions. Any personal data declared by the user-member anywhere on the pages and services of the website are intended solely for the purpose of ensuring the operation of the respective service and the legality of the relevant transaction and may not be used by any third party, without observing the provisions of Law 2472/97 as it currently applies regarding the protection against personal data processing, as it applies each time.

The personal data declared on lovelystore.gr are used exclusively by the "Company", whose services the member has chosen for the purpose of supporting, promoting and executing the transactional relationship (e.g. issuing a payment receipt from a Merchant).

lovelystore.gr operates in accordance with the applicable Greek and Community legislation and keeps the personal data of the user-member securely for as long as he is registered with one of its services. These data are deleted after the termination of the transaction relationship in any way.

The account holder (member) is fully responsible for any use and maintenance of the secrecy and security of his password and must immediately notify lovelystore.gr of any use of his account by a third party without authorization as well as any other case of violation of his electronic account. lovelystore.gr reserves the right to automatically block the visitor/user from using its website and its services in case of violation of the terms herein.

The data kept in the file may be communicated to the competent judicial, police and other administrative authorities upon their legal request and in accordance with the applicable legislative provisions. The user has, within the framework of telecommunications privacy legislation, the rights of information and objection provided for in articles 11 to 13 of Law 2472/1997.
